Community baseball Academy of Kansas City Teaching baseball and softball skills to inner-city youth.
Developing Major League POTENTIAL For Life!

CBAKC is an organization designed primarily to teach baseball and softball skills to inner-city youth and help them develop the expertise and talent to successfully compete in baseball and softball programs within their school districts and, ultimately, in a collegiate setting. Our organization will focus on a systematic baseball/softball and academic training program called “The System.” Our goals are to enhance the quality of play in the inner-city school districts as well as within recreational leagues, such as RBI and S.T.I.C.K.S, to ultimately increase college and professional level recruiting for inner-city youth.

The Community Baseball Academy of Kansas City (CBAKC), a nonprofit organization–developed by Don Motley, coach, manager and scout for more than 50 years; and his grandson, Brittan Motley, who played professionally with the San Diego Padres organization and is a part-time Kansas City Royals scout.
